Production specialist

International Company NEXT TRADE is now seeking a resourceful, well-organized and hard-working person to join our Production team.

Applicants should be customer centric, detail-oriented, ready to manage production processes of the offers and meet strict deadlines. This position requires someone that can effectively manage their time, handle multiple objectives and deliver expected results in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating the offers in our system
- Collecting data from the internet
- Work collaboratively closely with Buying and Sales team in order to ensure a seamless experience for Vendors and Customers, resolve any issues and/or discrepancies regarding technical data
Skills and Qualifications:
- Organizational capability to facilitate multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Technical and analytical thinking
- Effective time management
- Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of Excel, ability to learn and use IT management system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English
