PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are a bike production company at startup, being a part of Race Productions, Belgium Ridley famous brand and now we are in search of a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join us as a PRODUCTION MANAGER.
This role will be responsible for delivering the required shipment within the specified timeline based on the order and shipping requirement.
Accuracy and timeliness is critical to this role as is the ability to meet targets.
Key responsibilities:
-Plant production organization, coordination and control
-Supervises and ensures optimal, effective use of capacity (workforce, machinery, reducing losses)
- Hires and motivates the required work force
-Leads production process according to the production plan
-Ensures stock keeping
-Develops and implements the supporting documentation necessary to monitor the production process
Requirements:
-university degree (technical field an advantage)
-strong speaking and writing ability in both English and Romanian
-minimum 3-5 years managerial experience
-experience in manufacturing as Production manager or similar is a great advantage)
-experience in painting is an asset
-computer literate (Windows, MS Office)
-honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personal profile
-strong character and highly organized
