PRODUCTION MANAGER (Ungheni)

Together with our client, a multinational automotive company, we are looking for a Production Manager for the company's unit in Ungheni.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the production processes and the production teams, towards reaching the logistic and production goals of the company;
- Ensuring the management of the raw material and equipment flow;
- Being responsible with the optimization of the work and production flow according to the ISO TS 16949, Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Environment Management standards;
- Coordinating the corrective measures within the cutting and sewing production processes;
- Establishing and supervising the individual and group tasks of the direct subordinates;
- Coordinating the manufacturing cost reduction activities and the optimal usage of resources;
- Being actively involved in maintaining and developing the human resources involved in the production process.

Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in a Management role within a manufacturing environment;
- Technical university studies and know how in automotive production processes;
- Training / certificate in Lean Manufacturing would be a plus;
- Proven leadership and team management skills, doubled by problem solving abilities;
- Very good command of English (speaking and writing);
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook;
- Orientation towards customers and business results;
- People oriented individual with high degree of responsibility;
- Availability to business travels.
