About us:
We’re Art Does Ads, a small but growing performance marketing agency working with clients in the US and other international markets.
We’re looking for an experienced PPC Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is hands-on and performance-focused. You will work closely with our PPC Lead and designer, while taking ownership of your own client accounts, to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
You should already have 2+ years of experience with at least one of the following ad platforms - Google Ads or Facebook Ads. This is a long term role. We are not looking for freelancers or short term contractors.
What you’ll do:
Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other platforms when needed
Set up and verify tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and related tools
Research keywords, audiences, and competitors to build strong campaign structures
Write and test ad copy and work with the designer on ad creatives
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing results
Prepare clear performance reports and insights
Help with PPC audits for new or existing clients
Communicate results and next steps via email, ClickUp, Slack, and occasional video calls
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads
Advanced English proficiency at C1 or C2 level
Availability for occasional evening calls around 5 or 6 pm to align with US time zones
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new accounts and industries
Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic reporting workflows
Interest in marketing, paid media, and business growth
Nice-to-haves:
Experience managing multiple clients at the same time
Knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
Google Ads/Facebook Ads certifications
Experience with PPC audits
Interest in creative testing and performance driven ad experimentation
Salary:
$1350-1700, depending on experience and skill level
