Plant manager

IDS Consulting- recruitment and consultancy agency announces the open session for the position of PLANT MANAGER, position held from a multinational, well-known, FMCG company.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate all plant operations: Manufacturing, QA and Maintenance
• Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
• Establishing production plan and shift schedule
• Monitoring and improving line efficiency and quality indicators
• Budgeting and cost control for production area
• Estimates risks and ensure contingency plan for production
• Coordinates and Develops team

Requirements:
* Higher technical education
* Excellent organizational, managerial and communication skills
* At least 3 years of managerial experience at a big production (FMCG sector) required
* Excellent PC Skills (MS Office: Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
* Fluency in Romanian and Russian, Advanced Business English - required
* ISO standards knowledge and implementation experience will be considered an advantage
