Plant Manager

IDS Consulting is seeking a Plant Manager for an international company (manufacturing the automotive interior systems), Ungheni.
Primary responsibilities on the position held:
- Managing all resources of the plant with the aim to achieve the best economical results;
- Organization and management of all positions through subordinate individuals and plant's organizational units;
- Development of organization structure within the plant;
- Supervision, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems;
- Management and supervision of production projects, which the plant have been tasked with by the Company's Management;
- Ensuring proper use of machines and devices in the plant, which conforms with all the relevant regulations and procedures;
- Responsibility for achievement of budgetary goals set by the Company's Management;

Professional Qualifications:
- Higher education, preferably technical;
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a managerial position in a production plant;
- Proficiency in English;
- Knowledge of automotive production processes;
