Plant manager (заведующий производством)

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, a well-known multinational company, the leader on its market (FMCG sector), is seeking candidates for the following open position:

PLANT MANAGER

Main objective: To assure efficient usage of full capacity of the plant for producing required quantity of the products at quality standards and in right timing.

Responsibilities:

* Direct and coordinate all plant operations: Manufacturing, QA and Maintenance
* Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
* Establishing production plan and shift schedule
* Monitoring and improving line efficiency and quality indicators
* Budgeting and cost control for production area
* Estimates risks and ensure contingency plan for production
* Coordinates and Develops team

Requirements:

* Higher technical education
* Excellent organizational, managerial and communication skills
* At least 3 years of managerial experience at a big production (FMCG sector) required
* Excellent PC Skills (MS Office: Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
* Fluency in Romanian and Russian, Advanced Business English - required
* ISO standards knowledge and implementation experience will be considered an advantage
