Personal Assistant to JDC Moldova Representative.
Work Responsibilities:
- Follow-through Rep’s e-mail tasks given and dead-lines to the staff
- Follow-through e-mail tasks and dead-lines given by the JDC-HQ professional departments
- Take notes at working meetings , minute and document a detailed and accurate account of discussions and decisions, follow-up tasks
- Coordinate inter-departmental tasks
- Director’s Calendar / Schedule management
- Keep Director on-task and on-schedule with multiple task lists
- Handle e-mail correspondence
- Secretarial duties (phones, data entry, file, scan, copy, print)
Technical requirements:
- Advanced Russian grammar, oral and written language
- Excellent English (speak, write, read, translate to and from Russian)
- Romanian (desirable)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP presentations, Outlook)
Position requirements:
- At times, work afterhours and weekends
- Availability / Response at afterhours and weekends, when needed
Personal requirements:
- Pro-actively anticipate requests, quick to respond, operate with limited supervision and completely dependable on follow-through
- Self-motivated, possessing a positive “can-do" attitude
- Pedantry, utter attention to details
- Know when/how to be assertive to get things done
- Win your status in the collective
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- High standard of integrity
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful environment
Working conditions:
- Regular working week: Mon-Thor 9-18, Fry 9-15:30 (incl lunchtime)
- Full social package
- Kishinev, Rîşcani
