PATIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Job responsibilities:
- Organizing the activity of patient relations assistants teamwho schedules appointments and registers patients into the IT system, handles telephone calls, offers informational support in regard with hospital services, tariffs, payment procedures, and also location of units, consulting rooms and wards
- Training the team in regard with dep.procedures
- Monitoring, supporting and assessing the job performance of employees

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in medicine
- Experience in a managerial position with a good number of subordinates
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsibility, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
- PC proficiency (MS Office)
