Learn to speak Swedish and get employed in a Swedish call center!!
- Intensive Swedish language course 3 March – 5 September 2008
- Get employed as a call center operator in our company and start to work in September 2008
The Swedish company SAMRES AB (www.samres.se) works in the service sector with coordination of service transports within Sweden. We have already set up call centers in Sweden and Estonia, and our new call center in Chisinau will work from January 2008.
In our call centers, operators answer telephone calls and gather information from clients in Sweden. The operator works with a computer program that coordinates the information and automatically sends the order to our transport partners in Sweden. The working language is always Swedish.
The intensive language course starts at beginners level and aims at creating a pool of possible future employees. The course will take place in Chisinau and it is free of charge. We admit students after testing their language- and logical skills.
The intensive language course starts at beginners level and it is our ambition to leave the students at level B2 according to the Council of Europe level of attainment scale. Those who complete the course with satisfactory results will be offered to work in the call center.
Good knowledge of English is a nescessary prerequisite to take part in the course. We prefer students with excellent speaking/listening skills. Knowledge of German or some Scandinavian language other than Swedish will be helpful for the student, but it is not required.
Lessons will be held every day (Monday-Friday) and absence is not tolerated. We also require students to spend some ours every day on individual studies. It is therefore difficult or impossible to combine the course with other activities such as work, studies etc. However, we offer a grant (1300 MDL/month) to facilitate the student’s financial situation.
We recommend this course to those that have recently graduated, or will soon graduate, from foreign languages studies, or to other young persons with an academic background and very good language skills (preferably within germanic languages).
A call center operator’s monthly net-salary will be around 300? (full time work).
