Requirements:
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under stress
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Working experience in the related field (sales) would be an advantage;
- Very good online research and computer skills;
- Hardworking, resourceful, pro-active and willing to learn along the working process.

Responsibilities:
- Handle and solve customer complaints by phone, email and sms
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right tools
- Respond in a prompt manner to customer inquiries
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
