Operational Director

Company:
Local chain of restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Plan, coordinate and prioritize development strategies
•Track and analyze the results, and evaluate their alignment with the economic environment
•Develop and monitor budgets
•Centralize and analyze performance, and make final reports
•Optimize processes and establish performance criteria, supervise fulfilling of responsibilities
•Manage the opening process of new restaurants
•Planning and budgeting for the subordinating departments
•Implement operational improvement programs and optimize the processes
•Make the final reporting to founder
•Monitor business processes
•Responsible to assure logistics and procurement processes

Job Requirements:
•Romanian (excellent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent)
•Higher education in Economic or Marketing field
•Experience in same position - at least for 3 years (preferably in HORECA sector)
•Previous experience in companies that have actively been expanding into new markets or already operating in international markets presents an advantage
•Work includes regular business travels
•Excellent communication skills
•Strongly goal oriented, strategic thinking, dynamism, advanced negotiation skills
•Flexible, tactful, analytical thinking
