Online sales manager - UK company

A successful UK Company with headquarters in London is expanding its business with a subdivision in Moldova.

We are currently searching for talented individuals to join our team to handle online sales. The Online Sales Manager is often the first person that clients interact with, so we’re looking for someone who is positive, professional, responsive, and a great communicator. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and enjoy interacting with customers. They are capable of educating clients about language services (any industry knowledge is a plus), and would love being part of a team doing innovative work in the language business.

Responsibilities:

- Daily cold and warm calling of prospects with the end goal of closing business over the phone and building relationships
- Create and maintain prospective client data including but not limited to names, titles, emails, phone numbers etc.
- Sells language translation services to new or existing customers in assigned area or territory.
- Contacts and interacts directly with potential, new, and existing customers or clients to present information and explain services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
- Analyzes and determines customers' needs, and recommends translation services best suited for them.
- Establishes professional customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
- Produce regular reports on sales activity and development opportunities
- Research and preparation for web based client meetings

Qualifications:

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and advanced presentation skills at all levels of business
- Prior sales and management experience preferred
- Engaging, articulate and extremely ambitious self starter, not afraid of rejection or to pick up the phone and call anyone
- Strong desire to learn the sales process and grow career in sales
