We’re looking for a reliable and communicative online sales consultant to respond to Instagram messages on behalf of beauty clinics in the U.S. You’ll be responsible for answering questions, guiding potential clients toward booking services, and maintaining a positive, professional tone that matches the brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond quickly and professionally to Instagram DMs.
Provide accurate information about beauty treatments and services (training provided).
Keep the conversation engaging and guide the lead toward booking.
Follow each client’s tone of voice and communication style.
Share insights or frequently asked questions with the internal marketing team.

Requirements:

Excellent written English skills.
Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
Being familiar with Instagram and how people interact with businesses there.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats.
