Our client, leader of cosmetic industry in the world, one of most successful world corporations announces an opens a vacancy for the post of On-line Specialist, Chisinau.

Key responsibilities:
-Build, develop and upload content for Avon website and social media;
-Will be involved in analyzing web usage data in order to evaluate and improve marketing activities;
-Contribute to the development & maintenance of innovative solutions;
-Keep up to date on new marketing & on-line techniques;
-React to sales trends and customer behaviour.

Key requirements:
-Education in Marketing/Communication or business economics;
-Fluent in Romanian, Russian & English;
-Min 2 years experience in on-line;
-Very good computer skills: Excel, Power Point;
-Deep understanding of marketing and on-line objectives;
-Beauty industry experience would be an advantage;
-Excellent ability to manage, organize and prioritize;
-Able to work with strict deadlines;
-Customer oriented; problem solving ability; Flexibility.
