Office-manager (Executive Office Assistant)
You will be working in a technical environment providing support to customers about technical queries and price quotations as well as processing and progressing orders. You will need to have the ability to work in a pressurized environment and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative and secretarial tasks such as managing reception (telephone, fax, printer, visitors), travel arrangements, managing office procurement, serving tea / coffee to the company head, correspondence management
- Financial, administrative and other documents management, processing of invoices
- Customers support via e-mail or phone in English, sales orders management
- Other task required for the office functionality
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Age 22 – 30, gender – female, relevant work experience
- University degree (preferably technical or economic)
- High efficiency without supervision, ability to define priorities
- Fast learner, good team player
- Ability to work under stress, good attention to details, ability to handle many tasks at the same time even under pressure
- Fluent Russian and English, good Romanian
- High typing speed, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail
