Office Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of administrative activities
- Organize the office layout and maintain office services/goods supplies contacts
- Oversee and implement human resource management
- Liaise with other public/administrative teams
- Manage filling systems and conduct official/public protocol
- Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff
- Ensure that office runs efficiently
Core assignments:
- Perform ongoing translations, review and update documents/reports
- Involvement in management discussions on the organization's policies and strategic development
- Manage office supplying contracts
Candidates will need to show evidence of the following skills and personal qualities:
- Graduates and diplomas with degree in Economics or related fields / Foreign languages
- Good oral and written communication skills in English/Romanian/Russian
- Strong working motivation and responsibility
- Ability to perform daily working hours reporting
- Strong ambition to upgrade to a higher professional level
- Previous working experience will be considered an advantage
