Office - manager.
Typical work activities:
· using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
· managing filing systems;
· recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
· organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
· overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
· carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff;
· delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output;
· promoting staff development and training;
· writing reports for senior management and delivering presentations;
· responding to customer enquiries and complaints;
· attending conferences and training

REQUIREMENTS:
- Age - 25 to 45 years
- Work experience in a similar position
- Higher Education
- Knowledge of:
Romanian language - written/spoken
English language - written / spoken
Russian language - written / spoken
( knowledge of the English language is essential )
- Responsibility
- Thinking outside the box
- The ability to convincingly persuade

The job interview will be done in English language.
