Company is looking for temporary employee to cover the following needs:
•Manage procurement process for office needs: stationery, cafeteria goods, cleaning supplies, repair services, courier services. Includes tracking of actual stock, prepare requests for suppliers, conduct bidding procedure, organize purchase and goods receiving. All processes should be documented in accordance with local legislation and internal company requirements;
•Manage travel and meetings requests: find the optimal transportation route, request tickets, book hotels, restaurants and conference halls, manage visa obtaining process (for travelers out and in Moldova), prepare supporting documentation in accordance with local legislation and internal company requirements;
•Manage internal document workflow of the company: preparation of internal orders, power of attorney, ad-hoc translation English/Russian/Romanian, manage courier service, prepare scan an hard copies;
•Track working time and mobile phone usage of employees;
•Manage and update of internal policies and procedures in accordance with management requirement and changes in local legislation;
•Perform secretary function for Head of office.
