Mandatory skills:
Strong PC skills and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Excellent verbal and written skills in Romanian and English, with an emphasis on strong editing skills
Detailed-oriented, proactive professional and a problem solver
Excellent organizational and planning skills to meet schedules and time lines
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and thrive in a high stress, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative services
Supporting the management and technical staff
Providing liaison with other companies and organizations on behalf of the Managers of Endava as required.
Manage the Master List of Documents of the company; Mail-in and Mail-out Registers;
Maintain and provide content management on intranet/internet sites as required; keep up to day on Intranet relevant pages;
Distribute various forms and provide routine information and direct inquiries to the appropriate person; make phone calls to request, provide or verify information as directed;
Draft, type and edit correspondence;
Keep the existing company contacts database up to date;
Maintain accurate internal communication system: ads (coffee area, open space, intranet), phone numbers and extensions, emails etc.
