.NET/C# DEVELOPERS

Necessary skills:
At least 2 years' experience with .NET development
Knowledge of ASP.NET technology for development of web applications
A good understanding of T-SQL, MS Sql 2005, 2008
Solid understanding of OOP principles
Knowledge and experience of MVC pattern

Additional skills/qualifications:
University Degree in Computer Science or related field
Competent use of English (Reading, writing and speaking)
ORMs (FluentNHibernate/NHibernate, ActiveRecords, Entity Framework or LINQ to SQL)
Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD)
Agile methodologies
S.O.L.I.D design principles
Design patterns
Experience in developing ASP .NET MVC application
