Qualifications and skills required:
Education:
# University Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience:
# At least 3 years experience

Abilities:
# Solid understanding of OOP concept
# Knowledge .NET Framework 3.5
# Knowledge ASP.NET technology for development Web applications
# Knowledge T-SQL, MS Sql 2005, 2008
# Practical level experience with web base applications
# Experience in development multiuser software systems
# Knowledge of MVC pattern
# Good knowledge of English

Personal qualities:
# Responsibility, creativity, promptness and punctuality.

Advantages:
# ORMs (FluentNHibernate/NHibernate, ActiveRecords, Entity Framework or LINQ to SQL)
# Domain Driven Developing (DDD) and Test Driven Developing (TDD)
# Agile methodologies
