Main tasks and duties Project works, coordinates a team of over 20 PHP programmers. Hiring conditions are based upon professional experience, knowledge of the code base, ability to ommunicate clearly, positive attitude, management and leadership skills, ability to be online for the scheduled shift on time, ability to complete the expected work volume with accuracy and efficiency.

Nature of employment, hiring conditions, termination of employment or re-hiring conditions Collaboration contract. Termination of Employment – late to work, not working the full shift, absent without leave, substandard code, substandard project liquidation time, insubordination from the top management. Re-hiring conditions: None. If an employee is terminated, they are not eligible for rehire unless extenuating circumstances exist and the conditions have been approved by the owners of the company.
Wage (hourly, monthly) Minimum 1000 USD + bonuses and benefits from finalized projects. For each finalized project milestones the PM will be remunerated according to the speed and quality of work of his team. Possibility of earning about 3000 USD/month

Working schedule 5 days/week (Monday-Friday), 9 hours per day, 1 hour break, and 2 15 minutes breaks in the morning and afternoon. 4AM to 2 PM standard Central US time Days off 2 days off/week
Overtimes, bonuses (payment method) According to the company needs Length, method of granting and financial rights related to the annual leave 1 year of service = 1 week of paid vacation. 2 years = 2 weeks. 3 years = 3 weeks. 5 years = 4 weeks. The amount of the payment is equal to the employee's monthly average for the 12 months preceding the vacation request. Vacation requests must be given a minimum of 30 days in advance of the employee's absence. The vacation time may not be cashed in or exchanged for payment. If the time is not used within the 12 months it is eligible, the time is lost. Vacation time does not accumulate.
