Medior Java Developer

Requirements:
1-2 year of software development experience in J2EE and Agile environment
Outstanding OO design skills, including good design patterns knowledge
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Experience with:
Java script, HTML, CSS and AJAX
Java /J2EE web application development (JSP, Servlets, Spring, etc.)
Building large-scale software applications in a team environment
At least one of the following databases: Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and/or MySQL
At least one of the following Java application server: Tomcat, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, MVC, and/or JBoss
Test driven development
Design patterns
Excellent communication and client facing skills with ability to work in client consulting environment

Personal Skills and Attributes:
A love for web design and passion to stay up-to-date with current trends
Sensible and independent, yet receptive to team participation
Strong English written/verbal communication skills
Driven and committed to true excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good understanding of software design principles
