A brand new and dynamic Joint Venture is seeking a marketing specialist who will help in the development and promotion of a new line of products in the beer industry.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The marketing manager develops, implements, and manages the overall company marketing strategies.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPOSIBILITY
- Market analysis
- Brand management
- Marketing strategy
- Product development
PRIMARY TASKS
- Market research
- Development & implementation of sales strategies
- Creation, maintenance and supervision of the marketing budget
- Product positioning
- Sales-force consultancy
- Support and maintenance of company social network accounts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Russian and Romanian mandatory
- English is highly desirable
- Knowledge in marketing
- Computer skills – advanced
- Social Network savvy
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND PERSONAL SKILLS
- Higher education (Bachelors Degree)
- Previous marketing experience with similar duties
- Knowledge in business management
- Basic accounting skills
- Advanced MS Office, Graphical design (good asset)
- Communication skills
- Punctuality
- Negotiation skills
- Multitasking abilities
