Marketing manager

ÎCS “Bemol Retail” SRL, the owner and operator of the BEMOL petrol station network in the Republic of Moldova, is announcing a vacancy for the position of MARKETING MANAGER (reference code MM)

Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the marketing plans in compliance with corporate policy;
- Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends and developmental opportunities;
- Directs and implements market research programs;
- Plans and coordinates advertising, promotion, media campaigns, in conjunction with advertising agencies;
- Works closely with sales department to understand their unique set of requirements regarding marketing of products and services;
- Plans budgets and controls budget expenses of marketing department.

Job Qualifications:
- Master degree in areas such as economics, commerce, management and other related field;
- At least 5 years of work experience in marketing or advertising;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Proven managerial skills. Analytical mind. Strategic thinking;
- Communication skills including written and oral fluency in Romanian, English and Russian;
- Computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer).
