HR-Consulting is a recruitment agency with more than 20 years in business. We are currently looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of the Business Development Manager (logistics)

Company Overview: A Logistic company in Moldova looking to penetrate new international markets.

MARKETING MANAGER (LOGISTICS)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Will develop the marketing strategy and its budget in the first 2 weeks of activity
 Accountable for Sales & Marketing with regards to:
Profitable sales (Aggressive targets at handsome incentive scheme)
Indirect marketing and brand awareness
Public relationship
• Market research:
 Pricing
 Service offering
 Competition
 New services / product / opportunities
 International trends
• Set, agree and achieve budgets with Business and Development Managers and the owners
• Strategize and develop new relationships in targeted industries and functions
• Build strong pipeline of new/unexplored opportunities and achieve targeted new business wins
Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience defined as any Logistics Industry, Transport Industry, Retail Industry, Customer experience
• Good project management skills
• Very active, result driven, passionate about the role
• Able to build relationships and to function independently
• Self- developer, leadership skills, efficient work organization and time management
• Education: higher – Bachelor or Master Degree, Business, Marketing
• Very strong MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
• Romanian, Russian, English- advanced
