Key responsibilities:
• Monitor the activity of Marketing Department;
• Achieving business objectives through cost minimization;
• Creating opportunities to promote the image of the company;
• Business forecast: development and recommendations;
• Coordinate the preparation of the marketing plan and other events;
• Strategic development recommendations;
• Developing and performing marketing activities (advertising, PR-events, direct marketing, etc.);
• Financial planning: assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities (expenses, productivity).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (license in marketing) or Master’s degree abroad;
• Work experience in marketing in an international company;
• Good knowledge of Russian, Romanian, English languages.
