Marketing Coordinator


You will be responsible for ensuring best marketing practices in close cooperation with our sales team aiming to continuously grow profitable business in the market.

Main responsibilities:
- Promote new launches and maintain existing brands/products in the market
- Develop, implement and adjust marketing plans, budgets, strategies and tactics in order to reach the agreed objectives according to existing targets and internal guidelines
- Implement established marketing procedures
- Cooperate with various advertising agencies and production houses
- Supervise advertising campaigns and promo actions
- Ensure proper control of contracts and orders related to marketing activities
- Closely cooperate with other functions within the Company

Successful candidate should possess:
- University degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
- Good English, Romanian and Russian
- 1-3 years experience in marketing position (experience in FMCG business will be an advantage)
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Advanced PC skills

The ideal candidates would be: trustworthy, organized, able to work independently, responsible, able to learn and adapt to changes.
