Marketing coordinator

Clove Republic is a revolutionary interior lifestyle store in Sri Lanka. The prestige showroom carries many international luxury brands with a range of furniture, bedding, rugs, accessories etc. Clove Republic is part of a well-established group of business ranging from food manufacturing to hospitality and tourism. This role requires someone with a strong background in luxury goods sales and good understanding in interior design. Ideally you have current and relevant experience in related Sales Role in an interior department store. Although, it is not essential.

The position is integral to the sales success of the newly launching showroom and is based in Colombo. To succeed in this role you must exhibit a dynamic persona be marketing focussed, embrace the concepts of luxury and quality in your personal presentation and delivery and exhibit a desire to succeed in delivering customer service excellence and achieving successful outcomes. You will be outgoing, friendly, people focused and have passion in luxury goods branding and in the provision of advice in a consultative sales role.

To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate the following

Fluency in English oral and written communication skills.
Exposure or knowledgeability in Interior Design.
Relevant skills and experience at closing high value luxury goods sales.
Ambitious and hard working, self motivated and keen to develop a career.
Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously but enjoy., the strong collegiate environment
Ability to build rapport with all clientele
Excellent manageability of Social Media websites and Apps
The ideal candidate will be provided 2 years renewable contract and accommodation.
