Marketing/advertising manager

I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Marketing/Advertising Manager.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop a coherent marketing strategy for Retail;
• Develop Communication strategies;
• Create/organize advertising /Promo-actions (Corporate, PR, promo, etc.);
• Make design for promo materials (prints, banners, flyers, agendas, calendars etc.), and distribute them according to planned activities;
• Be responsible for advertising contracts and their performance;
• Promote corporative image through mass-media and advertising agencies;
• Support the management with regular reports and create Marketing presentations;
• Responsible for donations and Company Social Responsibility activities;
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• University degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field;
• Work experience in marketing/advertising or other similar field: 2-5 (international experience will be an advantage);
• Fluent in English, Romanian, Russian;
• Computer literate (min. Microsoft Office, Paint, Photoshop).
• Innovative, initiative;
• Personal organization and time management skills, including multi-tasking ability;
• Self-motivated;
• Creative problem solver;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills a must;
• Proven ability to successfully supervise other involved parties;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Adaptability to new situations and readiness to take responsible risks.
