To fuel our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Market Intelligence & Targeting Analyst to ensure our sales team is always equipped with high-quality, segmented, and strategically prioritized account lists.
The Opportunity
Your mission is to make our sales team smarter and more focused by turning customer data, market research, and segmentation into actionable prospect lists. You will play a pivotal role in how Global Database reaches the right companies, in the right industries, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Market Segmentation & Customer Profiling

Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks to categorize prospects by industry, company size, geography, and other relevant criteria
Analyze existing customer data to uncover patterns, traits, and behaviors of high-value clients
Create detailed customer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to guide targeting
Segment the current customer base to identify expansion opportunities and similar prospect profiles

Prospect Identification & Prioritization

Research and identify high-potential companies that match our ICP across global markets
Build, validate, and deliver high-conversion prospect lists to the sales team
Prioritize targets based on buying signals, market timing, and strategic alignment

Performance & Strategy

Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of targeting efforts
Provide regular market intelligence briefings and insights to sales and executive leadership
Continuously refine targeting strategies based on feedback, market trends, and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in market research, sales intelligence, or business/data analytics
Strong understanding of B2B segmentation and prospecting strategies
Experience using CRM and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Excellent skills in Excel, Airtable, or basic SQL; familiarity with BI tools a plus
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Structured thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Fluent in English

Bonus Points

Experience supporting SDR or enterprise sales teams
Familiarity with industry classification systems (NAICS, SIC, ISIC)
Knowledge of the KYB, UBO, or company verification landscape
Prior experience working in a SaaS or data provider environment
