Key Responsibilities

Sell First and Business Class tickets to premium clients worldwide.
Design personalized luxury itineraries that exceed expectations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless travel experience for every client.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Sales, Hospitality, or Travel.
Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented, ambitious, and motivated by results.

Mandatory Skills

Excellent English communication and active listening.
Proven sales or Customer Service experience.
Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism.
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Background in Travel, Tourism, Dispatching, or Customer Service.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations and airlines.
Experience working with international clients.
Ability to craft compelling travel stories and upsell experiences.
