At this point, Zelh is looking for an LTL Customer Service Representative/Expedited Logistics Coordinator (Broker).

The LTL Customer Service Representative LTL CSR is responsible for managing client relationships, working closely with the operations team, and assisting Account Managers in managing their day-to-day activities and operations. This role will also provide necessary information to internal departments in order to meet service parameters required by customers.

This role will manage client relationships, work closely with the operations team, and will assist customer sales representatives in managing their day-to-day activities and operations.

Essential job functions required:

Maintain and further develop customer and warehouse relationships through daily communication
Provide excellent customer service by tracking on-time pickups and deliveries made.
Document all special service requirements of customers and warehouses.
Enter loads and appointments in the TMS.
Set pick-up and delivery appointments with warehouses.
Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and warehouses.
Provide rate quotes for volume/spot/air etc.
Audit load information to ensure all the shipment details are correct.
Address client inquiries in a timely fashion.
Prepare and process all required shipping documentation.
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage all unplanned accessorial charge issues related to the customer and related warehouses.
Troubleshoot shipment failures and find alternate solutions, engage the client and provide timely updates.
We are looking for ONLY Experienced candidates in the related field with relevant experience.

Minimum requirements:

2-3 years + of experience in the Logistics field is a MUST
Strong Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English is a MUST
Familiar with rating and pricing schemes for all transportation modes, including the mechanics of LTL class-rate tariffs, small parcel zone-based tariffs, TL mileage-based tariffs, and accessorial charges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
Commitment to working in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration.

The schedule: 3 PM -12 AM Ukrainian Time
