Definition:
Under the general direction from the Country General Manager supervises and manages the activities of AMAYA (LNM) Lottery business.

Typical tasks:
Incumbents at this level supervise the operations of sales & distribution, administration and marketing staff within the office to maximize revenue from the sale o f lottery products within the assigned territory.

Lottery Manager is responsible for main administrative duties such as the:
Development and management of the budget
Manage outsourced services such as Warehousing, Distribution, Telemarketing, Retailer Hotline, Terminal installation & Maintenance, Advertising Agency, Ticket printing, Terminal Supplier
Establish and monitor sales quotas and general work priorities
Analyze marketing data and recommend a variety of methods to increase sales

Experience:
Experience of the Moldovan market, in the sale and/or supply, for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) to multiple outlets.
Five years of increasingly responsible wholesale supply/sales experience establishing and servicing accounts, ideally at least two years of which shall have included supervising a sales and administration staff.

Education and Qualification:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or closely related field. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
Knowledge of the English Language is a MUST.
Possession of a valid driver license

Principles and practices of Product Marketing and Merchandising
Utilizing point of sale materials and display techniques
Wholesale sales and marketing management
Public relations and media presentation techniques
Basic accounting Principles
Sales route design and implementation program evaluation and measurement
Principles and practices of effective supervision
Employee development and training
Principles, practices and trends in public and business administration, including budgeting, personnel, management analysis, planning and program management

Ability to:
Work independently
Positive pro-active attitude
Maintain good public relations with licensed retailers, the public and associates
Communicate effectively
Conduct meetings and training
Generate and analyze statistical reports, sales information and other pertinent data
