JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the development, organization and coordination of the Company’s freight forwarding activities, identifying and negotiations with potential cargo consignors, implementing and ensuring performance of Company’s freight forwarding contracts, communication with Company’s freight forwarding local and international partners. Will focus on identifying the most efficient means of freight forwarding and carriage.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain customer relations and communicate with consignors, consignees, carriers and other contractual partners to offer services and tools available to them;
- Daily manage and coordinate freight shipments. Track and trace all shipments;
- Pro-actively identify problems and swiftly implement appropriate solutions;
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Logistics is an advantage;
- At least 5 years working experience in logistics and freight forwarding;
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English;
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
