Logistics software analyst

Company:
Foreign company specialized in logistics and distribution services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer technical questions;
• Analyze & solve problems that cannot be solved locally;
• Automatic mails (incoming EDI errors, failure notification, check reports);
• Register each incident/mail in service desk registration tool with correct & complete information;
• Built up knowledge base & procedures to optimize the service desk activities;
• Testing of WMS, EDI, label & reporting functionalities;
• Prepare and execute test case scenarios.

Job Requirements:
• University degree or equal by experience;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong communicative skills;
• Willingness for short assignments abroad;
• Willingness to work in shifts.
