Company – Foreign production company in the Free Economic Zone of Vulcanesti (Gagauzia, Southern region of Moldova), producing for export to EU
Logistic Manager
The purposes of work:
Responsible for timely arrival on site of production materials, spare parts, cleaning materials, office materials. Manages the material stocks and materials warehouse. Responsible for collecting a production demand from sells department, and translating it into a long term production plan. Ensures timely dispatch of final products to the customers. Manages the Finish Goods Warehouse.
Main responsibilities:
* Responsible to create and maintain all materials master data, responsible for running MRP process;
* Is an owner of Material Warehouse and is responsible of running monthly stock take exercise;
* Is responsible for checking raw materials availability for next week production, planning and executing on time material arrival on site, and keeps the stock within agreed levels;
* Manages relationship with suppliers; manages non-conforming materials and materials complains;
* Establishes with production department and maintains 24 months production capacities;
* Establishes and maintains long term production plan based on the capacities. Through monthly cycle meetings ensures the plan is communicated to the shift supervisors;
* Is responsible for issuing response to the customers’ complains.
Requirements:
* University degree;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
* High level of collaboration and political skills;
* Fluency in Russian, good command of Romanian and English languages;
* Computer literacy.
