HR-Consulting on behalf of its client, a well-known multinational company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of
Legal Executive
Company:
A well-known multinational company, one of the world leaders on its market
Job purpose:
Provide legal support to company’s activities and ensure protection of company’s interests, in particular organize and control providing of complex legal support to marketing department, finance department, Cora department in regulation and communication issues, as well as any other departments as may be further agreed with the Line manager
Responsibilities:
* Developing and analysis of agreements with key company clients;
* Providing legal advice on issues connected with functional activities and cooperation with clients, distributors etc.;
* Participating in negotiations with key clients/distributors for ensuring protection of company’s interests while concluding agreements and approving cooperation principles;
* Providing advice on regulation, analysis of existing legislation as well as drafts, potentially impacting any commercial activity of the Company;
* Developing and analysis of sale-purchase agreements, external economic agreements etc.;
* Ensuring company’s interests by drafting claims, petitions, letters etc regarding nonfeasance of appropriate liabilities by contractors;
* Providing legal advice on labor law, shall the need be;
* Providing on-going legal support to all marketing activities executed or planned to be executed by the Company on the early stages.
Requirements:
* University degree in Law;
* Experience in the following law practices: economic law, civil law, contractual law, procedural law, labor law;
* Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian languages;
* PC skills – Microsoft Office, legal databases;
* Details accuracy;
* Excellent analytical skills, ability to resume and make analytical grounded conclusions, including in written form;
* Effective communications skills;
*Ability to work within team in order to ensure maximum effectiveness.
