The opportunity
To support our business growth, PwC Moldova is currently looking for a Legal Consultant to join our Tax and Legal Services Department

The team focuses on large, forward thinking businesses and fast growing companies and the incumbent will have an opportunity to develop professional and technical skills rapidly and take quality courses / training to facilitate progression. Our client portfolio is made up of the top of international and national corporate clients
The Role
• Providing legal advice and assistance to foreign and Moldovan clients
• Representing clients in front of state authorities
• Practice areas: Commercial law, Corporate and M&A, Competition, Regulatory compliance
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• University degree in law
• At least 2 years of legal consulting experience, preferably with a law firm
• Excellent technical knowledge of Moldovan law (knowledge of EU law is an advantage)
• Excellent working knowledge of Romanian and English languages: both verbal and written
• Good client service skills
• Positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results
