Lawyer / Legal Counsel

Rödl & Partner is a provider of legal, tax and audit advisory services to international and Russian companies in Russia and other CIS member countries. We announce a vacancy in our office in Moldova (Chisinau).

Requirements to a successful applicant:
University graduate or undergraduate (Law);
Good knowledge of corporate law, labor law, contract law and property law;
A record of employment with a consulting/advisory firm and knowledge of the European law would be an asset;
Experience with corporate risk assessment engagements would be an asset;
Knowledge of legal databases;
Able to cope with large information volumes;
Fluent in German.

Preference will be given to applicants with a record of successful post-graduate/advanced training in Germany.

Tasks:
Legal support to projects of our clients;
Structuring and legal support of equity transactions;
Drafting of corporate documents;
Drafting and legal review of contracts and agreements, including risk assessment and analysis of legal consequences of the envisaged transactions;
Provision of written and verbal advice regarding the applicable law and its regulations.
