Junior Reefer / Dry Van Dispatcher (Mentorship Program) Solei Dispatch | Remote

This position is designed for junior dispatchers who have completed dispatcher courses and want to enter Amazon Power Only dispatching in a structured and safe way. You will start working immediately, but under the guidance of an experienced mentor, with gradual responsibility and income growth

Responsibilities
- Work with Reefer and Dry Van trucks under mentor supervision
- Learn route planning, timing, and driver communication
- Execute daily dispatch tasks following established processes
- Gradually take ownership of trucks as skills improve

Compensation & Growth
- 1% commission from gross at the start
- Gradual commission growth up to 2.2% as performance and independence increase
- Ability to start immediately after completing dispatcher courses
- Dedicated mentor support
- Fully remote work

Requirements
- Completed dispatcher training or courses
- At least 3 months of practical experience or internship
- Basic understanding of Reefer and Dry Van operations
- Working level of English (B2+)
- Strong motivation to learn and accept feedback
