Junior Recruiter

About the candidate:

- Your previous experience isn’t very important. It could be recruitment, sales, marketing…
- BA Graduates and/or Master degree students are also welcome
- What is important to be hands-on, energetic, proactive self starters who are able to get things done; strong communication and interpersonal skills are also needed,
- At least one year of experience
- Higher Education
- Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian. Other languages are welcome.

What will you do?
- You will be fully involved in the recruitment process: direct or indirect search for candidates, selection process, clients relations, …
- You will be responsible for active sales of services, as well
