European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor funded sector.
We aim at providing personalized, customized, comprehensive, human resource services for Donors, Consultancy Companies, as well as NGO’s with international operations in developing countries.
We currently employ ten people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter.
The person would be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time.
Main responsibilities include:
- Conducting searches (including database / internet search)
- Identifying suitable candidates according to the project description
- Negotiating with experts (by e-mail and phone)
- Preparing and adjusting the CVs to the proper format
General qualifications required:
- University degree
- Excellent English, both spoken and written is a must
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, internet searching)
- Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
The character of our new colleague:
- Well organized, able to work with multiple deadlines
- Assertive and proactive
- Inquisitive, willing to learn
Language proficiency test is an integral part of the selection procedure.
