Junior Creatio Developer (No Experience Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Creatio Developer who is motivated to learn and grow inside a modern low-code/CRM ecosystem.
No prior Creatio experience is required — we will train you.
Your main mission will be to support the development, customization, and integration of business applications on the Creatio platform (CRM + low-code automation). You will work closely with our senior developers, analysts, and project managers to build solutions for EU companies, digitalization projects, and AI-driven workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys logic, structured work, and learning new technologies.

What You’ll Do
- Learn the Creatio platform (low-code, workflows, UI configuration).
- Configure Creatio objects, fields, pages, and business rules.
- Build and maintain simple automations and business processes (BPM).
- Assist in integrating Creatio with other systems (REST APIs, web services).
- Support senior developers in custom features (JavaScript / C#).
- Help test new modules, document changes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work on AI-enhanced workflows and digitalization projects.
- Follow internal development standards and best practices.

Who You Are
You don’t need previous experience with Creatio — but you should bring the right foundations:

Required
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or C# (academic or self-taught).
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON).
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL, relational concepts).
- Logical thinking and ability to break down problems.
- Curiosity and motivation to learn a new low-code platform.
- Good English reading & writing (documentation, communication).
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented.

Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience with any CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of business processes or workflows.
- Understanding of enterprise environments (permissions, roles, data models).
- Experience with version control (Git).

- Creatio low-code development
- Freedom UI designer
- Business Process Designer (BPM)
- Data models and objects
- Client-side scripts (JavaScript in Creatio schemas)
- Server-side logic (C# in Creatio)
- Integrating Creatio with external APIs
- Working with AI modules and automation tools
- End-to-end application development lifecycle
- Within 3–6 months, you will be able to deliver entire Creatio modules independently.
