IT technical support engineer

HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

IT Technical Support Engineer

The company:
A leading technology integrator, provider of broadband data services, security solutions and advanced IT services through satellite and fiber links for maritime and fixed communication markets.

Responsibilities:
- Support of IT systems,
- Support for the Company’s customers,
- Integration of complex network systems,
- Computer and server installations on customer’s premises and from remote,
- Installation and support of communication systems,
- Troubleshooting complex IT problems.

Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP,
- Deep knowledge in computers & servers - all operating systems, Windows and Linux,
- IT – deep knowledge in server configuration:
o SQL
o Active Directory
o Virtual Machines
o Terminal Server
o Exchange
- Knowledge in VoIP - recommended,
- Good Knowledge of IP cameras,
- Configuration of firewalls, routers, switches,
- Certifications and qualifications of information systems, such as: MCSA,MSCA,MCITP - will be a plus,
- Knowledge of satellite communication - will be a plus,
- Knowledge on Access control systems - will be a plus,
- Fluency in English.
