HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

IT System Administrator / Sales and Distribution Assistant

The company:
A well-known multinational company (FMCG sector), one of the world leaders on its market

Responsibilities:
•Provide day-by-day professional support to end-users in order to ensure the appropriate possible level of users’ knowledge and efficient usage of the systems as well as the systems’ support. Train end-users in order to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the system.
•Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, application system software, and all configurations.
•Maintain sales information system software, database and front office reporting tools.
•Prepare the documents for stocks movement
•Perform all necessary inputs related to daily activity of the department and prepare requested reports based on this

Qualifications & Experience:
•Higher education: University, Major in Economics or Technical Education is preferable
•1-2 year of relevant experience is desired (Specific Experience: Experience in working with data bases is an asset)
•Windows 7 Administrator and trouble shooter (Basic)
•Good command of MS Office Programs is required
•Proficiency in SQL for Database maintenance
•Basic 1C knowledge represents an advantage
•English – proficient, Russian – fluent
•Action Oriented, Learning on the Fly, Peer Relations, Customer Focus
