We are seeking a motivated and responsible Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical issues, and growing professionally in IT support. You will be working closely with colleagues and users, ensuring smooth operation of systems and applications, while also contributing to process improvements.
Main responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for internal and external users
Receive, analyze and resolve requests and incidents in accordance with established procedures
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions
Escalate complex cases to the next level of support when necessary
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of requests and provided solutions
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Experience working in a support team (IT Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk or similar)
Basic knowledge in IT and technical support (systems, applications, troubleshooting)
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in the second (day/evening) shift when required
Additional (preferred) requirements:
Experience or understanding of automation processes (scripts, workflow automation, etc.).
Experience working with ticketing and monitoring systems.
Ability to analyze and optimize support processes.
Ideal candidate:
A specialist with experience in IT support who also has practical knowledge or understanding of automation processes.Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
