Technical skills:
Operating Systems: proficient with administering and maintenance of wide range of OS (Windows or Linux);
Web services: aware of IIS, Apache services;
Networking and Communications: familiar with management of the networking systems;
Hardware Management: familiar with hardware management, hardware troubleshooting.

Soft skills:
Good analytical thinking and information acquisition skills;
Capable to establish relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Effective and sensitive communicator in different societies and cultures;
Familiar with basic customer service techniques;
Good level of both oral and writing communication skills;
Proficient in spoken and written English language
