Main Responsibilities:
Supports and facilitates the planning and testing strategy as well as the execution of services with respect to the agreed scope, budget and expected stakeholders timeline.
Insures quality/cost expectations
Resources planning and organization
Service or process improvements
Team sizing (including recruiting), organization adjustments
Monitoring the agreed service level
Ensures proper communication between client managers and local team leads
Requirements:
University degree in Information Technologies/Mathematics/Cybernetics or similar. Master degree would be an advantage
Experience in IT in general and testing in particular is highly desirable
Experience in HP Unix//Linux environment, Oracle DB and PL SQL development
Proven experience of working in a Service Management capacity (at least 3 years)
Proficiency in written and spoken English language. Intermediate level of French would be an advantage
Solid people management skills
Excellent communication skills
